Jennifer Nicole Rokusek

Jennifer Rokusek, 44 of Sioux Falls, formerly of Tyndall died Monday, May 19, 2025 at Ava’s Hospice House in Sioux Falls. Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 24 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Tyndall with Pastor Dean Schroeder officiating. Visitation begins 1:00 p.m.

Jennifer Nicole Rokusek was born at Yankton on September 25, 1980 to Wilmer and Cheryl (Kuca) Rokusek. She was one of triplets. Jennifer went to school at Tyndall and Springfield. The last two years of her education she was home schooled. Jennifer graduated from school in May 2000. Jennifer was born with cerebral palsy. She loved to talk. Jennifer wanted people to know that she was the oldest. Jennifer liked to go shopping, attend any school activity, the Minnesota Vikings, eating pizza and playing UNO. Jennifer enjoyed life to the fullest, visiting with people, visiting with Pastor Schroeder, talking on the phone with one of her former teachers, family and friends, watching the game show channel, country music and her pet puppies. Jennifer had the spunk and determination which all could learn from.

Jennifer was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, Harold and Mary Kuca and Wilbert and Evelyn Rokusek; two uncles; two aunts and one cousin.

Grateful to have shared Jennifer’s life are her mom and dad, Cheryl and Wilmer; brother, Jeremy; sister, Jessica; dog, Harley and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
