Patricia Ann Hansen, 95, of Yankton, South Dakota passed away on Friday, January 22, 2016 at Avera-Sister James Care Center in Yankton. Pat shared her preference with her family for only a quiet, simple remembrance of her life following her death. The family is honoring her wishes, yet also recognize the need for the opportunity to mourn and comfort one another at this time. Pat was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Though the family mourns her death, her love lives on.
Pat is survived, loved, and remembered by her children: Joyce (Steve) Bryant, Sandra (Bob) Stefancik, Steven (Lynette) Hansen, and Tony (Patty) Hansen; 11 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Merle G. Hansen.
