I was getting ready to send Bob a holiday card and saw his obituary. Bob was a wonderful teacher and friend through the years to myself and many other students. I had one of his former students as my high school science teacher and later had Bob as my professor as USDS. They nurtured my love of science and got my career started. I remember Bob and Myrna's spaghetti dinners for students at their home, sharing the space with their fur babies. I remember Bob taking me down to Clay Center NE for an internship interview that lead to my first job in science! They opened their home to us when we were in town for a Biotech class reunion and who can forget Bob's amazing roasted pig! My sympathy to his family and friends as my husband and I mourn his passing.

Our deepest sympathies to the family in the loss of their dear uncle, Bob. Bob and Myrna were dear friends of ours for many years. Larry was his classmate and roommate in college. We have many wonderful memories of our friendship. You will all be in our prayers.
