Roger Lee Smallwood, age 78, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at Good Samaritan Society in Scotland. He was interred, with military honors, Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Rosehill Cemetery in Scotland.
Roger was born December 5, 1944 to Ralph and Dorothy (Rittenhouse) Smallwood in Wilmington, Ohio.
Roger was a Navy veteran. He spent his career, working as a diesel mechanic.
He is survived by his sister, Bonnie Ater, of Alabama.
